4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and order quantity.

  • Custom products typically take 4–10 working days for processing and dispatch.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen events are not under our control.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Since all our products are made-to-order:

  • No returns on customized items.

  • No cancellations once the order is placed.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our mistake.

  • Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We use high-quality fabric and printing methods. However:

  • Improper washing or usage may affect the print/fabric.

  • We recommend gentle wash, inside out, no bleach, no harsh brushes for long-lasting results.

  • Wear and tear from normal use is not considered a defect.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and content on this website belong to Susano Custom Kits.

  • Customers must own rights or have permission to upload any logo or artwork for printing.

  • We are not responsible for copyright issues arising from customer-uploaded designs.
